These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and paying subscribers.

Account & Security

Password Security

Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
What you may and may not do.
UCN VPN is provided to protect your privacy and security. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Transmitting malware, ransomware, or any malicious code
- Engaging in DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network intrusion
- Distributing spam, phishing content, or unsolicited bulk messages
- Infringing any intellectual property or proprietary rights
- Accessing child exploitation material or other illegal content
- Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorisation
Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Pricing & Access
Current pricing and future plans.
UCN VPN is currently offered free of charge with no payment required. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, at which point this section will be updated accordingly and users will be notified in advance.
Free Access
All current features are available at no cost. No credit card or payment information is required to use the Service.
Future Paid Plans
If we introduce paid subscription plans, existing free users will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Credit-Based Usage
How credits work and how they are managed.
UCN VPN operates a credit-based system to manage and allocate service usage. By using the Service, you agree to the following terms governing credits.
Credit Allocation
Credits may be assigned to your account by UCN VPN at our sole discretion. Credits represent your available usage entitlement and may be granted for promotional purposes, account activity, or other reasons determined by us.
Credit Deductions
UCN VPN reserves the right to deduct credits from your account at any time, including but not limited to: service usage, policy violations, account adjustments, or corrections to prior credit grants. Deductions may occur without prior notice.
Credit Additions
UCN VPN may add credits to your account at any time at our discretion — including as part of promotions, compensation for service disruptions, or adjustments. The addition of credits in one instance does not create an obligation to do so in future instances.
No Cash Value
Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or refunded under any circumstances. Credits are non-transferable and expire upon account termination.
Credit Expiry
Credits may expire after a defined period of inactivity or at the end of a promotional term. UCN VPN will make reasonable efforts to notify users of impending credit expiry where applicable.
Disputes
If you believe a credit deduction was made in error, you may contact our support team within 14 days of the deduction. We will review the claim and, at our discretion, restore credits if an error is confirmed. All decisions regarding credit disputes are final.
Service Availability
Uptime and maintenance windows.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, and events outside our control may cause temporary disruptions.
- Planned maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
- UCN VPN is not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond reasonable control
Intellectual Property
What belongs to us and what belongs to you.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with UCN VPN are the exclusive property of UCN VPN Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of any data you transmit through the Service. We claim no rights over your content.
Disclaimers & Liability
Our limitations of liability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law
- We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our platform
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
Which laws govern these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA.
